These written programs are personalized to you and can accommodate anywhere from one to seven days per week. These programs include weekly progressions to get you closer to achieving your goals. An initial consultation is required to do a movement analysis and discuss needs and goals. This consultation is free of charge.

Four Week Written Program

This price includes a detailed program tailored to your goals. Programs include four weeks worth of written workouts including exercises, exercise order, sets, reps, equipment needed, load, rest, warm ups, exercise descriptions and weekly progressions. An initial free consultation is required. One-on-one personal training sessions are not included.
