Book A Consultation
Before you start training, it’s important for your trainer to get to know you and outline your goals. In this free one hour, in-depth consultation, you’ll meet one-on-one with the trainer of your choice, discuss your lifestyle, prior fitness experience and set specific short term and long term goals. We will use this knowledge to write up a program to fit your needs and wants. This will also be your time to get to know us and go over any questions or concerns you may have. Depending on your goals we may take measurements and/or take you through a movement analysis in this initial session. We will go over a standard personal training contract together, a PAR-Q & You form and schedule your future sessions. We recommend wearing comfortable, workout clothes for this appointment.
