To me, fitness should be about making you happier and healthier to live everyday to its fullest potential, free from muscle and joint pain. Although setting body goals is great, I think it’s important to love the skin that you’re in and focus on building a strong foundation for your bones and muscles. I believe that the fitness industry needs to have more gender affirming spaces. I hope to provide a space where trans and nonbinary people can feel included, appreciated, motivated and supported. Don’t feel pressured to look a certain way, the only thing I expect from you is to do your best.
