Return Policy

Shirts

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Please contact us at wholisticfitnessservices@gmail.com for more information on returning a defective shirt. We currently are not offering refunds for buyer’s remorse. If you need a size exchange please contact us for the next steps.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are sold as unique digital codes and never expire. If you’d like to return or cancel your gift card please contact us at wholisticfitnessservices@gmail.com to get a full refund. Note: we cannot refund partially used gift cards.

Printables

At this time we are not accepting refunds or exchanges on any printable purchases. If there is an issue with your order please contact us at wholisticfitnessservices@gmail.com.

Training Sessions, Programs, Ph360

At this time we are not accepting refunds or exchanges for training sessions, programs or Ph360. Deposits are also non-refundable.
