GENERALIZED PROGRAMS

These are pre-written specific programs to attain certain goals. These programs are step by step guides and are easy to follow. Each program comes with a detailed description with goals, written out individual workouts and movement example videos. Written workouts include: exercise names, written exercise descriptions, equipment needed, sets, reps and rest for optimal benefits. These programs are designed for minimal to no equipment, although, if you have access to equipment you may incorporate it. Please contact your doctor if you are new to exercise.
